The Director (Master Teacher) should relate to kids on
a mature level. He/she represents the wisdom of God.
The Director should wear a beret and
carry a megaphone. Beyond that, you have some latitude. The traditional
attire of a director includes knee boots, khaki pants and a short-sleeved
shirt.
